[AUSTRALIA] AIMS@JCU PhD Scholarship

Description

AIMS@JCU is a joint venture between James Cook University and the Australian Institute of Marine Sciences, two of the world's most eminent tropical marine research institutions, both based in Townsville.

Scholarship recipients will be jointly supervised by scientists from both institutions, and will undertake projects based in one of the three programs: Marine Aquaculture, Coastal Processes, Stress in Tropical Marine Systems.
Duration and Value

Extra Details: Scholarships may be awarded for stipends equivalent to the Australian Postgraduate Award ($20,007 per year in 2008), international tuition fees, or project costs, depending on the needs of individual students and projects.
