Description
The scholarship was established in 2008 and is maintained by funds donated from the Australian Critical Incident Stress Association Inc (ACISA) to encourage students to undertake applied research in the area of stress and trauma in the community and workplace.The scholarship is awarded on the basis of: the feasibility of the proposed project; the contribution the learning is likely to make to the understanding of the impact of stress in the community and workplace; and other evidence that may be considered relevant. The recipient will be required to acknowledge the scholarship in all publications and presentations of the research.

Total value: $A 4,000.00
Extra Details: The scholarship is valued at $4,000 for 1 year. The Head, School of Medicine will determine the number of scholarships available. Offer will cease after 10 scholarships have been awarded.
Eligibility criteria
General information
The scholarship is open to students enrolled in the Master of Health program and completing a Mental Health Dissertation in the broad research area of stress and trauma in the community and workplace.
