Each year the University offers up to one scholarship each for nationals of Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam.
Stipend: A$20,007 (2008 rate) per annum tax free, in fortnightly payments. This scholarship also pays the tuition fees for the tenure of the program (three years with two (2) possible six month extensions)
Other Benefits: Travel to Canberra; reimbursement of some removal expenses; thesis reimbursement allowance
Maximum Duration (stipend): Three years full-time, with a possible six month extension

Eligible Program(s): PhD.
